Almost entirely exclusive to Austria, this dry white wine is often used as an exotic replacement for the Sauvignon Blanc. Depending on when the grape is harvested, the flavor profile ranges from sour citrus to lighter peach, but any sweetness is usually overpowered by the acidity.
